Share 4 Somethings in April 2025

Since the last Saturday of the month is tomorrow it's just about time for Share 4 Somethings with Jenn. As always we're sharing some things we loved, some things we learned, some things that went well, and some things we let go of

Some things I've loved: We had my brother and his family over for dinner just for fun and to talk over some plans. It was so great to see everyone and we had such a delicious meal too (if I do say so myself; I went all out with homemade marinara, keto meatballs, fresh zoodles, 2 loaves of a whole wheat bread I experimented with, keto Italian dressing, brownies, etc).

The only 2 photos I thought to take!

We had pasta and zoodles so I took a bit of both with my salad

I also loved a couple of the hikes Evan and I tackled this month.

Some things I've learned: I've been learning a lot about Glacier National park in order to prep for a trip we're planning.

Some things that went well: We got a lot of Alec's stuff moved home though we did have to leave pretty much all this clothing and bedding, his cleaning and toiletry supplies so we still have plenty more to pack next week but we were able to remove everything from his walls without any damage so that's good.

Some things I let go of: I've been cleaning out kitchen cabinets and various other small areas of the house that I hadn't tackled in awhile. I haven't let go of a whole lot but just a few small things here and there like vases and platters and decorative objects.

  3. Cleaning out even the little things makes a huge difference. Getting things off a wall without damaging it is certainly a victory, so good job! Also, remind me, we need to talk about Glacier!

  4. Your meal sounds really good. I haven't made meatballs in a while. I think it's college daughter returned home for the summer approved- if not, I'll wait until September to make them :). Sounds like the move out is coming along nicely. Safe travels and see ya soon!
