Orchid Show at the Botanical Garden

Evan, Alec and I went to an orchid show at the botanical gardens last weekend. It was called pixels and petals and blended both orchids with video game elements. It was quite cleverly done; though admittedly we were mostly concentrating on the various flowers!

I loved these color changing cubes!

Evan took my Nikon and got some great shots!

  1. So many beautiful orchids! Orchids were always my mum's favourite flower. Such a clever idea for an exhibition. Ruth@playworkeatrepeat

    1. Ours usually did really well... once I found a spot where they really liked the light. But then when it was time to re-pot them I just had no idea what to do. I wish I had thought to take them to our local nursery and ask.
