Talking About It Tuesday #47

Hey all, I hope your November is going well. Ours is whizzing by. We are busy with houseguests again this week. My parents came up with a moving van and a friend, to empty our their storage units so they can furnish their new house! I think they plan on leaving Thursday and then I'll turn my attention to Thanksgiving. I'm not worried about it though as it should be a very low key affair this year with just the immediate family and my mother in law. How are your holiday plans shaping up?

We had another record breaking turnout last week with over 125 entries linked up! I love seeing the wide variety of posts each week and it's fun to visit them all. Because I do visit and pin every single one even if I can't manage to comment on them all. Thank YOU all for helping this party grow week after week!

This party will remain open until the weekend.  My hope is that everyone will share all sorts of wonderful posts: travel, recipes, how to's, crafting ideas, and more-- up to 3 posts per blog.  Anything that is family friendly is welcome; even old posts that you'd like to get some new views.

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

  1. Thank you for the link up! Those are a lot of posts to read and try to comment on... our plans on Thanksgiving Day are low key as well. I am not worried about things as of now though I am sure I will find things to worry about closer to the day! Enjoy the visit with your family!

    1. I think Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday because I often feel most relaxed about it. It very rarely feels stressful to me since I just have to feed the family... which I do every day anyway! LOL. I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family.

    1. Actually my parents used to live about 20 or so minutes away in a nearby town here in CT and now that my step father has retired they are moving to North Carolina (where both my sisters have moved to in the last several years & my mother's sister has lived my whole life)... BUT they do plan to spend summers up here still in their camper so we'll still see them seasonally.

  17. Our Thanksgiving has been very low key for a lot of years now. It's just 10 of us, and we buy a smoked turkey from a BBQ place. Everyone brings something, and we have a good time! Thanks for the link up though I don't see the button.
