Talking About it Tuesday #36

Happy September! I hope your month is off to a good start. I'm trying to both simultaneously hold onto summer and embrace the coming of fall.  It's not an easy line to straddle but I'm happy to do it.

I am loving seeing all the fall decorating and planning posts even if I'm not quite ready to tackle either one for myself yet (though I am pulling together a cute fall themed care package to send to Alec).  Yet I am just as equally loving seeing posts on family vacations and beautiful blooming gardens. We had a lovely mix of everything at last week's party and I can't wait to see what you all share this week!

This party will remain open until the weekend.  My hope is that everyone will share all sorts of wonderful posts: travel, recipes, how to's, crafting ideas, and more.  Anything that is family friendly is welcome; even old posts that you'd like to get some new views.

    1. Oh I bet! Our August wasn't that hot like it can sometimes be; it felt more rainy than anything else.

  10. Happy September dear Joanne, but summer is not over yet here. Temperatures up and over 30 degrees keep the summer feelings. But the leaves will fall down soon.
Have a good time and all the best

  12. I love to decorate for fall, but I've had to move so much furniture out of the way of Mike's wheelchair that I might not even do it this year. It makes me sad, but I'd rather he's got lots of room. Thanks for the link up!

    1. Yeah that is definitely more important that he be able to get around well. I don't think we'll be decorating for Christmas at all this year since we don't be here and I think that is going to feel so weird!

    1. I am definitely not decorating yet either.. though I have started cleaning out the gardens and most of the plants in pots around the house have not survived our cold nights.
