Talking About It Tuesdays #35

I feel like I have said this every single month this year but man, that month just flew by! All 3 of my boys are back to school (well Ian is still working full time and squeezing in his school on weekends and evenings-- thank goodness for online classes!).  Evan and I decided to hold off just a bit on his homeschooling classes while he settles in on driving and taking his college course. I'm perfectly fine with starting sometime after labor day.

We had another wonderful turnout for the party last week so thank you all! We had a few new faces again this week and I am just loving watching this community grow.

This party will remain open until the weekend.  My hope is that everyone will share all sorts of wonderful posts: travel, recipes, how to's, crafting ideas, and more.  Anything that is family friendly is welcome; even old posts that you'd like to get some new views.

  6. Time is flying so the boys and I realized we wanted to go to the pool a few times before it closes for the season: we went last night and will go tomorrow night. I might just go for lunch by myself today. I am looking forward to fall things. We have been back in school 3 1/2 weeks already!

  17. My son is attending a tech school and only has two subjects to finish this year -- for his senior year -- so we are starting after Labor Day too. He started at the tech school last week. I still have to get his books for English, which will include Beowulf and Shakespeare this year. eek. Pray for me! lol!

    1. Prayers sent! I never covered Shakespeare in our homeschool because I really did not enjoy his work at all when I was in high school... and then felt much better when my son (who attended high school!) didn't either.
