Talking About it Tuesdays #33

I can't believe this week marks the middle of August already. I really feel like this month is just flying by! We had a very rainy week last week which meant I was able to get quite a bit done around the house and read a few more books too. Have you read anything good lately?

It's Tuesday and time for another link up! I love seeing what everyone is sharing each week and love the struggle to pick out just a few posts to feature. It really is the hardest part of hosting since there are so many wonderful ideas shared each week. Thank you all for making this party such a success!

This party will remain open until the weekend.  My hope is that everyone will share all sorts of wonderful posts: travel, recipes, how to's, crafting ideas, and more.  Anything that is family friendly is welcome; even old posts that you'd like to get some new views.

  1. Sorry about the weather being less than ideal for outdoor activities but sometimes it´s nice to be forced to do things indoors like read and craft :). Our weather has been lovely- not super hot, not humid just great temperatures with cloudless cerulean blue skies- and I have been trying to enjoy it. Thanks for the link up each week!

  8. August is flying by, isn’t it? Yesterday, I could tell Fall is on the horizon, although I couldn’t really pinpoint what had changed.

  12. This month really is flying by! Though, truthfully, I'm hoping our final winter in Fairbanks flies by, as well.

That salmon looks so good! Maybe I should try that with one of our fresh-caught fillets!

    1. Good luck keeping it up! I find the key is to schedule my next appointment right when I'm getting my haircut then even if that exact day and time doesn't work out I'm calling her to reschedule and not to try and remember to call TO schedule.

  23. I think I need a week of rain to slow things down. This week was fairly busy, tomorrow will be very busy, and then I think that things will slow down for a little bit over the weekend!
