Cards and Scrapbook Pages from January & February
I didn't make any scrapbook pages at all in January but I did get a good handful of cards made. I've been making sure to join in the Card Chain Challenge group each month, then I wanted to get my Valentine cards made, I had a and a few birthday cards as well.
I finished up ALL my scrapbook through the end of November and ordered prints of our photos for Dec- mid February. I already have quite a few ideas for those cruise photos!

You've been busy! Your cards are very sweet. I like the colours in the "Love Ya Bunches" one.
ReplyDeleteAw, thank you! Each month our Card Chain Challenge gives us a color palette, a design idea, or a choice of techniques to try and I almost always pick the color choices like I did for that card.
DeleteI especially love that first card!!! And I like when you explain your techniques because I have no clue how you make these!
ReplyDeleteThank you!

DeleteYou are amazing, Joanne! These cards are just stunning! I wish I'd been smart enough to create scrapbooks of our family vacations. Now, I have lots of photos and no idea of when we went other than looking at the kids to see how old they looked!

DeleteAll your cards are just wonderful, Joanne! Definitely "heart-felt!" Your composition and workmanship is terrific and I know everyone on the receiving end is just thrilled!

DeleteOh my goodness! These are all just gorgeous. When I did paper scrapbooking (I do digital now), I always saved leftovers to make cards. I still have some supplies (because they NEVER run out--ha ha), so I made cards with my daughter a couple of weeks ago when she was having a rough time. Spending that time being creative together was just delightful. Thanks for sharing what you've created! Visiting from Talking About it Tuesdays.
ReplyDeleteAw, thank you! I bet that was such a fun time; I tried to get my boys into scrapbooking and card making but that didn't last very long at all...
DeleteThese all turned out great! I love all of the hearts this month! <3
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteYears ago I used to make cards and other items such as wall hangings or welcome signs using stamps. Your cards especially brought back memories of that time. I especially liked the ice cream cone birthday card! Maine looks like a beautiful state to visit. I hope to get to the East Coast for a little sight seeing and travel. Thanks for sharing with us at SSPS!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much!
DeleteSo beautiful, I always love seeing your cards & scrapbook pages Joanne. Makes me want to grab a copy of Creating Keepsakes and read it cover to cover like the old days :) The Family page is my favorite. Thanks so much for sharing with us at the Senior Salon Pit Stop! I'm excited to be featuring you at Monday’s party. Congrats! Pinned
