Scrapbook Pages and Cards I Made in August
Slowly but surely I am working my way through all the photos from the first of the year until the first of July and trying to get my scrapbooking pages done. I finished up our vacation to Acadia at the end of May so I know I just need to find a couple of empty weekends and I could easily get caught up.
I had quite a few cards to make this month too-- birthdays, thinking of you/cheer/get well for a neighbor that just found out they have cancer, and a back to school/fall card. Plus I got an order of "new" supplies in that I just HAD to play with!

DeleteI love getting in new supplies :) Those are some awesome looking pages and cards! Speaking of cards, my next themed party on Thursday is for handmade cards, would love to have you join me :)
ReplyDeleteOh perfect! I'll definitely check that out.
DeleteWhat fabulous cards and scrap book pages. I did try and I've made a few cards and did lovely scrap books when my babies were born. But I decided that I just didn't have the talent to make them as I wanted. That reminds me, I'm going to get all my stuff together and put them on a neighbourhood sharing site, see if someone else would like a go.
ReplyDeleteThat is a wonderful idea; I am sure someone else will get lots of use out of them.
DeleteThese are fabulous. You are so creative. Thanks so much for sharing at Love Your Crewtivuty.

DeleteYour cards are incredible Joanne. Do you make more than one of each design when you do them?
ReplyDeleteXOOX
Jodie
Usually I don't make more than one of each design unless it's my Christmas cards but sometimes if I really love how a card turned out I'll make more (if I think of it!).
DeleteThe cards and scrapbook pages look beautiful. So sorry to hear about your neighbour. I'm sure they would have appreciated the card from you.

DeleteYou do lovely work, Joanne! I feel ashamed to admit I have a basement closet full of rubber stamps that I have not touched in years. I keep hoping my grandchildren would show interest in using them but after using them a few times they lost interest.
ReplyDeleteAw, thank you! I tried to get my boys involved in card making and scrapbooking a few times but none of them took to it either.
DeleteAwesome cards and scrapbooking! Thanks for sporting the SSPS logo to show others where you party and hang out.
