My Summer Bucket List

Happy 4th of July!  While I managed to share a quick recap of how well I did with my spring bucket list before we left on vacation, I didn't really have time to put together my summer bucket list.  It's never too late to start though so here it is:

1. Go kayaking

2. Enjoy a weekend away with my husband for my birthday

3. Go birthday shopping with my mom

4. Get together with my college bestie

5. Visit our friends at their beachside summer rental

6. Visit another college (or 2!) with Alec

7. Paint again-- whether it's a canvas, a rock, some watercolors, I don't really care I just want to start painting something again.

8. Make macarons

9. Go strawberry &/or blueberry picking

10.  Go for a walk on the beach

11.  Try at least 2 new restaurants

12. Have friends & family over for a little cookout

13. Make ice cream

14. Squeeze in some summer hikes

15. Watch some fireworks

16.  Play cornhole

17. Play mini golf

18. Read a book while relaxing outside

19. Go to the movies

20. Watch the sunset (or sunrise!)

Since I did share this list a little later than usual it's funny that quite a few of these are already checked off my list!

    1. I definitely will have lots of fun. Alec made a batch and they turned out great!! He went with some caramel ones that were so yummy. I'm already asking him what flavor he wants to try making next.
