Cards I've Made in May
Alec needed a bunch of cards for ALL of his friends' birthdays (seems like everyone he knows was born between the very end of April and mid-May. I also needed mother's day cards, teacher appreciation cards, an anniversary card, and a card for my card chain challenge exchange which means May found me hard at work making all sorts of cards.

I made 20 identical cards; the inside says "wishing you the sweetest day" and we gave a card and a mini package of Jelly Belly jelly beans to each of Alec's teachers |

DeleteSo very beautiful! Especially the cats!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I bought that set just for the cats; they are so cute.
DeleteSuch beautiful cards, Joanne, and I love the color palettes you used! I am very impressed that you made 20 identical cards. I agree with the comments that you could sell these, but I also understand that turning a hobby into a business is definitely not for everyone - it isn't for me! Your recipients were very lucky to get such wonderful hand-crafted cards.
ReplyDeleteThank you! That is so nice to hear.
DeleteThese are incredibly beautiful. I love the color combinations and the composition of every one of them. Could not pick a favourite. The recipients are going to love them!

DeleteSo beautiful and absolutely stunning. Years ago I used to embroider cards, but due to limited time, I have not made any recently, but think I need to take up that hobby again as I loved and still love the final products.
