Linking up with: Spread the Kindness,
Love The Birdcage and Mrs. Doubtfire!
ReplyDeleteI always stop and watch if I ever find them on TV.
DeleteOk how come I haven't seen so many of these? Geesh I am slacking! Anyway Legally Blonde is a fave here too AND Mrs. Doubtfire but that one tears at my heartstrings too :)
ReplyDeleteGet on it, then! LOL! We watch A LOT of movies.
DeleteBookmarking this for sure, I forgot about so many of these. I’ve seen them all but King Ralph. This made me smile.
ReplyDeleteOh King Ralph is a riot; an uncouth American finds out he's the only one left in the royal line and is taken to England to be the monarch.
DeleteYou've got some good ones on here! I need to revisit and watch some of these again!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
Deleteso many good movies that I haven't seen in forever and I few I have never seen.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteI haven't seen a lot of these and I don't love slapstick comedies, but I do enjoy Big and Mrs. Doubtfire a lot!
ReplyDeleteI'm not a huge slapstick comedy fan either... movies like Dumb and Dumber just make me roll my eyes but sometimes there are some that do make me laugh despite myself (like Austin Powers!).
DeleteSome oldies but goodies. I'm always down for The Great Outdoors!!
ReplyDeleteYes! We've just watched that one recently!
DeleteWow So many that I haven't seen. I don't watch a lot of comedies but one of my favourite comedies is Fun with Dick and Jane. The one with Jim Carrey and Téa Leonie.

Is that the one where their lawn gets repossessed?
DeleteLove all of your choices! My daughter and I saw the new Mario Bros movie (it was awesome) and one of the previews was a 2nd Book Club movie is coming out! Looks good!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteAhh! You have reminded me of so many films that I have forgotten about. I need to find where The Birdcage is streaming, I haven't seen that in years and Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure.
ReplyDeleteWe re-watched Bill and Ted with our boys so I've seen that one somewhat recently and I own The Birdcage on DVD.
DeleteI love Jim Carrey, so absurd!
ReplyDeleteHe really is!!
DeleteSO many good ones on here. The 80s had a lot of great comedy movies.
ReplyDeleteThey sure did!
DeleteYou’re making me think it’s time to see some of these again. We did rewatch “My Cousin, Vinnie” recently. It was good all over again.
ReplyDeleteI enjoy Marissa Tomei so much and I think that is my favorite of all her rolls. It really is a riot.
DeleteSoooo many good ones! I absolutely LOVE Book Club. It's a favorite for sure! You can never go wrong with Diane Keaton! They're doing a Book Club 2 soon, too!
ReplyDeleteI did see that and I can't wait to see it!
DeleteThis brought back lots of good memories - some of these movies I haven't though of in forever! Thanks for making me smile today!
ReplyDeletexo,
Kellyann
You're welcome!
DeleteWow! I was kind of shocked at how many of these I haven't seen. But, I do love The Birdcage though it makes me a little sad to know Robin Williams isn't with us anymore. Thanks for sharing them, Joanne!

I know; I LOVED Robin Williams.
DeleteI have to admit I haven't seen them all but my cousin Vinny is such a classic!
ReplyDeleteXoxo
Jodie
It really is!
DeleteWow! That's quite the list. I think I've seen a lot of them myself.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteThis is a great list! There are some classics on here and some newer movies that I haven't seen yet.
ReplyDeleteThank you!!
DeleteWe just watched My Cousin Vinny again yesterday. It's still funny : )
ReplyDeleteIt really is!
DeleteLots of great choices here, I didn't watch them all but many especially the older ones as I don't watch many movies anymore. One not listed here but highly recommend is from the 80's - "Pure Luck" with Martin Short.
ReplyDeleteSo many great movies. I LOVED Mr. Mom growing up...and Big is such a great one. I was just telling Hadley about Legally Blonde...she's never seen it.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, I bet she'd really like that one.
DeleteGreat list, Joanne! We share many favorites when it comes to comedy!
ReplyDeleteShelbee

DeleteSome great films here. I have always loved Austin Powers but my favourite from the list is we're the Millers :)
ReplyDeleteI'm going to bookmark this list for our family film nights! I love Legally Blonde and Planes, Trains and Automobiles but there are several newer ones that I've not heard of as well - thank you!
