Cards and Scrapbook Pages I Made in March

I had fun playing with some stamp sets, techniques, and materials this month. We had a few birthday parties I needed to make cards for as well.

I love that just changing up the color palette or technique gives each card a completely different feel.

I finished up all our vacation photos from last summer and scrapbooked our trip to Universal Studios.

    1. It can be tricky to make more masculine cards; especially for teens but I think I did a great job with that one!

  9. I agree with you...it's amazing how just changing the colors creates a completely different look. I wonder...what do you do with the photos you don't use in your scrapbooks? Or, do you only print off ones you'll know you'll use?

  10. I do tend to print more than just those I know I'll use on scrapbook pages but I don't print off ALL the photos I take either. Those photos that I do have printed that I don't use on scrapbook pages go into some of the photos storage bins I keep (usually organized by child/ year/ month). I used to have them in albums but sadly a few years ago we noticed that all the album pages were giving away and falling apart so I took on a huge project to reorganize them all.

  13. My favorite cards are the ones with added texture. Like the pearls and when you make the paper 3-D. Maybe I'm just a texture fiend because I like it in my outfits too, haha.

    1. I try add at least one thing with texture to teach card whether it's a ribbon or a sequin or pearls.
