Photos of the Month; July 2022
I was so thrilled that Lysha gave us all the prompts for July at once. I still made sure that each week's photos were taken during the actual week's prompts though. I have given up on using my "real" camera for all the photos though as I've only been taking my cell phone and my really old point and shoot camera on vacations/ trips with me since it's much easier. I'm still pleased with the photos I took though.

ReplyDeleteYou're welcome!
DeleteLovely shots!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteI still can't get over the baby bear!! So precious! And a little scary. Haha. You got some great shots this month!
ReplyDeleteThey were so cute! And I was so thankful that our entire time in Tennessee we never got closer to the bears than that.
DeleteWow, that salad with strawberries was a work of art!
ReplyDeleteIt's my favorite summer treat-- Strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken by Panera Bread.
DeleteHydrangeas are the flowers of summer, aren't they? Yours are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteThey sure are! It's taken me years to find the right species that really blooms in our yard.
DeleteSuch a cute bear cub! And I love hydrangeas - we have some growing by my husband's shed. They're huge and blue and just beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWe actually had a mama bear and 4 cubs go by that day; they were all so cute and playful!
DeleteNothing says summer more than by the pool WITH A BOOK no less. That's summer in a nutshell.

Yes! I think so too. My mom used to chuckle because in high school I would take my book with me into the pool and float around while reading!
DeleteHydrangeas are my favourites too! And the best thing to do on a sunny day is reading a book by the pool!
ReplyDeleteAgreed!! 100%
DeleteWhat a wonderful collection of photos.
ReplyDeleteSome of the views you had were amazing. x
Thank you!
DeleteSoothing sultry summer pics....
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeletePictures don't lie....so I would say you are having a great summer!! (I think I need more ice cream in my life!!)
ReplyDeleteWe are having a great summer... and I honestly think I need a little less ice cream in my life. LOL
DeleteSo many beautiful photos! I can't believe that baby bear walked around a parking lot! And gorgeous sunset view!!
ReplyDeleteThe mother and cubs were over by our trash cans and cars nearly every day that we were in Tennessee; in fact my mother in law saw the mother bear walk onto the neighbor's porch! Thank goodness she calmly walked away with her cubs whenever she saw or heard us. I like nature and all that but not that up close.
DeleteYou’re so cute! Look at that sky! Reading, pool time and ice cream, two of my favorite summer things!
ReplyDeleteThanks! It's been a fun summer for sure.
DeleteOh I really enjoyed your summer selection. And can imagine the warmth while it is cold here in Australia. And those views from the balcony! I would just want to stay there. So it must have been your birthday, so happy birthday! Enjoy what is left of summer, stay safe, and thankyou for visiiting my blog this week.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteWonderful sights in my rainy winterland here in New Zealand.
