Encouraging Hearts and Home: Perfect Pasta Dishes
I just LOVE pasta. I try to limit how much of it I eat since I know it's not good for me but I have yet to find a pasta dish I don't like. Last week I was struck by a few of the yummy recipes that had been shared with us. I stumbled upon a few pasta ones that I just can not wait to try!

ReplyDeleteWe've started subbing out our traditional pasta meal with whole wheat so I feel like it's marginally healthier.

ReplyDeleteI love that there are so many gluten fee, plant based, whole wheat, etc. options when it comes to pasta.
DeleteI have to admit that pasta is something my husband misses tremendously on our nutrient dense diet. At least we have found some other options. He loves spaghetti squash at least.

I tried spaghetti squash with my family and they didn't like that! LOL. But I am always trying to get them to try new things and add in healthier options whenever I can.
