Encouraging Hearts and Home: Breakfast Treats
I eat a big bowl of fresh fruit, non-fat plain Greek yogurt, and perhaps some granola too nearly every morning for breakfast. We try to always have a good variety of fresh fruit on hand and I like to mix up what fruits I use to keep my breakfast from getting mundane. When I saw that we had so many delicious breakfast treats linked up with us last week I just knew I was going to have to feature them and try them too!
What do you like to eat for breakfast?

ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up with us each week!
DeleteOh wow, this all looks so delicious! I don't really eat breakfast in the mornings as I have been on an intermittent fasting schedule for over a year, but I do eat breakfast at 1:00 p.m. and would certainly indulge in any of these yummy dishes!

I only began eating breakfast regularly a couple years ago just before I started Weight Watchers; I find I'm just too hungry to skip it anymore!
DeleteLove getting breakfast ideas- thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your delicious cookies with us!
DeleteI have never eaten a traditional breakfast during the week but it can be sesame melba toast with laughing cow, a mini can of V8, a banana or even a slice of pizza! Not typically pizza but ya know! On Sundays I will often eat some of the traditional breakfast I make for the family - eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits or grits.

I have no qualms about eating leftovers from our dinner the night before for breakfast. I much prefer lunch and dinner foods to typical breakfast foods.
DeleteJoanne,
ReplyDeleteThanks again for hosting this lovely party every week! I know how much time and effort goes into doing so and it is greatly appreciated!! Stay safe, healthy and happy!!

You're welcome!
DeleteOh I don't know if I favorite breakfast. I usually have eggs but I also like yogurt smoothies. Thanks for the party.
ReplyDeleteI am not a big fan of eggs; I'll eat them but I don't really like them. I do like smoothies though and rarely think to make them.
DeleteOoo all looks so tasty!
ReplyDeleteI know, right?!
DeleteI eat a fruit smoothie with fresh fruit, almond milk, nuts, and protein powder almost every morning in the summer. I've linked up my favorite right now, with all the fresh peaches so ripe and juicy! I'll have to try some of these ideas--the breakfast cookie looks good!
ReplyDeleteNiky @ The House on Silverado
That sounds delicious!
DeleteI mean when "Cookie" is in your breakfast, how can it be bad?
ReplyDeleteThat's exactly my thinking!
DeleteYour breakfast treats look delicious, Joanne! I often feel like I need something sweet in the morning to go along with my second cup of coffee
ReplyDeleteI like a little something sweet in the late morning too.
DeleteTHANK YOU so much for featuring my Chocolate Chip Scones! Once you see how easy they are to make, you'll be making different versions of them all the time! ... Have a happy & safe summer!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for sharing them! We've made scones a time or two but it's just not something I think to do very often. I can't wait to try your recipe.
DeleteI am so bad at eating breakfast. If I do it's usually toast or a muffin. What great ideas. Everything looks so good especially those breakfast cookies x
ReplyDeleteThat was always my go to breakfast too before I tried to cut back on carbs; I still love a bagel or muffin best.
DeleteThanks for sharing so delicious breakfast ideas, love to try them. I have a sweet tooth. Thanks for the party.
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome.
DeleteThinking these breakfast cookies might be just the thing to whip up before we go to the beach this week. Then we can enjoy them every morning without fussing over a big breakfast and lots of groceries.
ReplyDeleteThat would make a fun and easy breakfast solution for vacation.
