Since it's already the last Wednesday of the month I am linking up with Shay and Sheaffer for What's Up Wednesday. Spring is officially here! We've changed our clocks and we're dreaming about spring vacation day trips, beach days, and enjoying more time outside. What We're Eating This Week: I shared our monthly meal plan on Monday but here's what we'll be eating this week: Sunday - Weight Watcher's Turkey Pot pie Monday- Pesto pasta with mixed veggies Tuesday- - Pretzel crusted chicken with broccoli and jasmine rice-- A new recipe I'm trying out.
