How I Did on My June Goals and My July Goals
While there were days when time seemed to drag on and on I am still pretty amazed at how fast the whole month just flew right by. I thought today would be a good day to look back at my June goals and see how I did while also planning my new July goals.
Try to get together with a few friends for hiking once we can increases group sizes to 10-- Check?! While I did try and get some friends to hike with us our friends were not up for it just yet.
Plan something fun for Father's day and work with the boys to get gifts ordered/made-- Check! I think my husband had an awesome father's day fishing in lower pond. We spoiled him with gifts (new recliners for our bedroom) and made him some of his favorite foods.
Track every day on Weight Watchers and try to stay within the blue dot range 6 days a week- 1/2 a check! I did manage this a few weeks but not as consistently as I'd like. I am down 1-2 pounds since June started though so I'm OK with that.
Get Ian's working papers all squared away so he can start his new job-- Check! He started working the first week of June and I think he's really enjoying it.
Go on a few kayak rides-- Check! We've had some really lovely mornings on the lake for kayaking.
My July Goals:
Get 30 minutes of exercise 4-5 days a week! Now that it's to hot to hike I'm doing awful at getting in my exercise.
Plan a day trip for my birthday.
Have at least two get togethers with friends either one on one or in small groups.
Try pineapple grilled salmon recipe that I found on Pampered Chef website.
Track everyday on Weight Watchers and start tracking water consumed each day too.
Go to the shoreline at least once.
Plan a fun shopping/ lunch date with my mom.
Clean and organize the laundry room.

DeleteYou did a good job on your June goals! Kayaking is so much fun. Also tracking food can be so hard, so even doing it part of the time is a win. :) Good luck with your July goals!
ReplyDeleteKayaking is a lot of fun; so relaxing too. I'm doing so much better with tracking my food now that it's become a habit again.

I thought that sounded great and fairly simple too as they have you grill salmon on a pineapple plank.
DeleteSounds like a good plan for July! Despite the strange Covid days, the year really seems to be flying by! Have a terrific Tuesday!
