What I've Been Priming

I'm actually a bit stunned by how much I have to share here today.  I figured that with our holiday shopping well and truly behind us that I wouldn't have been buying all that much on Amazon but I was wrong.

Between birthdays, our upcoming vacation, and getting the house organized I've been on Amazon a LOT!

Clothing:

This fuzzy 1/2 zip pullover has been so comfy and warm!

My husband tried to buy me this top for Christmas but the package got lost in the mail so when they refunded us our money I bought another one.  It's a much lighter weight than I thought but I do enjoy it.

I needed a new bathing suit for our vacation and I loved my old one so much I decided to order it again in a size smaller.

I also went a bit outside of my comfort zone and tried this 2-piece suit; I like it and I kept it but I'm still not sure I'll actually have the nerve to wear it out of the house.

I'm hoping for some warm weather in Florida and ordered myself this cute little skirt to wear.

Household/beauty items:

I ordered three of these bottles of lotion; one Caramel Pumpkin Spice, one Warm Apple Pie, & one vanilla bean.

I ordered these plastic baskets and these cloth bins for our new pantry organization and I've begun lining ALL our shelves with these wonderful liners.

I bought this kitchen sink caddy to hold all our soaps.

I also purchased this wire cage to hold the wet sponge and get it off our counter.

While I was fixing up the kitchen I also purchased this large utensil crock.

Lastly we purchased this rolling kitchen cart for Alec and all his baking supplies.

    1. Isn't it the best? A blogger mailed me a small sample size of their butterscotch lotion one year as a fun valentine trade and I just fell in love with their lotions and was thrilled to find it on Amazon.

  4. I have really been wanting a fuzzy teddy bear sweater. And I love the swimsuits that you chose. So pretty.

  5. Girl you look so good! That suit is super cute. And I don't now if you ever use self tanner or get a quick spray tan but it definitely makes me feel so much more self confident when I have a little color. The halter style is my favorite.

  7. Your love of Amazon is so much like mine! Those are some of my favorite lotions in the clothes and swimsuits are darling! I love the pull over!

    1. I'm pretty sure I'll at least wear it a few times. We do have a private pool with the house we're renting in Florida. I'm sure as I become more confident I don't be so weirded out by it but I never even really wore two pieces when I was younger either.

  11. Flying into Ontario Airport in California on Sunday to pick up our RV to continue our Snowbird adventure I saw a huge line of Prime jets and a very large ramp area dedicated to Amazon's distribution system. It was so massive it was alarming. - Margy

    1. Yeah, we toured an Amazon warehouse this past fall and could not get over the size and scope of it all... let alone how many orders they fulfill!

  12. I think you'll have no problem wearing that skirt here in FL - tomorrow it will be 85 degrees! I added those baskets to my cart - I need to check the measurements of my pantry shelves but I need something, I keep losing things in there. Your bathing suits are so pretty and you better wear that 2 piece - you'll look fantastic!

    1. Oh I am so jealous! We should have been on the plane this afternoon and there tomorrow! But we'll be going in May now so I know I can break out all the flip flops, skirts, and even that 2-piece. :)

  13. That gray top is so different and very flattering. No wonder your husband ordered it for you for Christmas. Glad you reordered it when his gift didn't arrive. Love both bathing suits, too. I would like to feel comfortable in a two piece but I think that ship has sailed. Even with one pieces, I feel like I need a little short skirt (or a long one would be better) to hide the cellulite on the tops of my legs. Ugh.

I got a new soap caddie for my kitchen, too. This week has been all about recycling. I have never been the recycler my girls are but want to up my game. Did you get anything new to make recycling easier for the 52 weeks of organizing and decluttering challenge?

    1. I hate to admit it but we don't recycle. We don't have any sort of trash pick up where we live so it all just goes in one giant dumpster. My husband has been working with the company that picks up our trash on several recycling plants so I know our trash gets sorted once it's there but that's about it.
