Weigh- In Wednesday: 6 Month on Weight Watchers
Unlike the past few months where it was a struggle to shed some pounds, this month I found it incredibly easy... mostly because I was nauseous, nervous, and so filled with anxiety over other things going on in our lives right now that I had zero appetite (I'll get into these in a later post when things have settled down I promise).
As of writing this post (last Friday) I am down another 6 lbs. and just have 11 left to go to reach my goal!
It's also the first month I ever skipped logging in my food for a few days! I know that's a bad habit to get into but I knew I was eating waay over my points and still dropping weight each morning when I went to weigh myself so I didn't worry overly much about it.
I still tried to stick to healthy eating most days and found myself snacking on a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, and low- point (or zero point!) proteins in the afternoon.

I am back on counting calories but not WW; just staying within my allotted calories for the day. I am also walking on the treadmill once (sometimes twice) per day AND intermittent fasting. I love the fasting because it gives control and also gives me a virtual stop sign so that I know my eating boundaries.
ReplyDeleteI neeeeeeeed eating boundaries. :)
LOL. I need eating boundaries too. Most nights I try not to eat after dinner and tend to eat a pretty late breakfast.
DeleteIt's great when you can get to the point when you don't have to actually count up each point and just have a sense for what's within range and what's not. You're doing so great!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteThat's what I need! Healthy snacks!!

Healthy snacks make all the difference for me.
DeleteOh no, I hope everything is ok. Love these snack plates, I have gotten a bit snacky lately and want to make sure I'm only eating healthy ones!
ReplyDeleteI do find keeping lots of healthy food on hand is key and I'm trying to get better about packing a few for when we're on the go too.
DeleteI’m sooo proud of you. Great willpower and motivation and perfect snacks!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteSorry to hear that life has been so stressful for you (it does get that way, doesn't it?), and I hope all settles down soon. Congrats on your weight loss. I've shed 12 pounds myself over the last 4 months, on the Flat Belly Diet. I'm at my goal weight, and now must remain steadfast about my eating habits. Here's to healthy snacks!
ReplyDeleteGood for you! I find maintenance is where I tend to struggle the most.
