ZooAmeica Inside Hershey Park

Attached to Hershey park and included with our Hershey Park admission is an 11 acre animal park called ZooAmerica.  My younger two boys just love animals and could not wait to go through and see what "new" animals we could find.

We spent about an hour walking around and while we found so many neat animals I only took pictures of a few of them.  ZooAmerica only features animals from North America and the zoo is sectioned off by where the various animals are found.

Roseate Spoonbill

Alligator Snapping Turtle

Burrowing Owl

Roadrunner

The Black Bear

We just loved this playful black bear

My boys always love Prairie Dogs and all the noises they make

Elk

A cute little porcupine.

  9. I had no idea Hershey Park had this! Then again, for some reason we have never been to Hershey Park and it's only about 2 hours from where I live... I will have to add this to our list. Thanks for sharing at Take Me Away this month!
