My June Books
I managed to read 7 books this month! While I typically prefer summer romance or beach type novels this month I found myself drawn to a lot of suspense novels and really enjoyed quite a few of them. 1. I've Got My Eyes On You-- When her 18 year old sister Kerry turns up dead, Aline works with the police to try and help solve the murder not realizing she's putting her own life in danger. This was a great page turner. 2. Matchmaking for Beginners -- When Marnie inherits an old brownstone from her ex- husband's great aunt she finds that she's also taken on lots of new friends and neighbors. Feeling out of place and determined to sell the house she's shocked to find that she has to live there for 3 months or forfeit the house. In those 3 months Marnie finds that she actually does fit in quite well and might not want to leave to go back home to her family. 3.
