Love to Learn-- New Experiences

I love to find new experiences to share and explore with my boys so whenever we get the opportunity to see or do something new I try to say "yes!"

A few weeks ago we had the chance to tour an alpaca farm, which I thought would be a lot of fun.  It was and while we learned so much about alpacas we also got to learn about weaving on a loom!  Alec was very interested in the process and took to weaving like a fish to water.

You can read more about our time on the farm and all that we learned here.

What have you been up to?  I'd love to hear from you either in the comments or by linking up your own blog post!  Please join us!

  1. What a great experience for the kids. You never know what will be interesting to them either.

    1. We do try lots and lots of different things for that very reason. Oftentimes I think even they don't know what will interest them until we try it.

  2. We live surrounded by alpaca farms and most of them offer tours, but gee whiz, they are out of our price range, so Gv and I content ourselves with watching them out the car windows as we pass by!

  4. They are so cute! There is a resort not far from here that we go to sometimes and they actually have some of these and my kids always loved going to check them out.

    1. They really are adorable looking in their funniness. They look even sillier shaved.
